RETREAT INFORMATION SHEET
This form gives all important retreat information for those who want to attend. Of course, this includes the retreat theme, location, date and time, guest speaker, options for registration and cost for each option, what to bring, and payment/cancellation information.

RETREAT REGISTRATION FORM
The registration form is the form filled out by each person who plans to attend the retreat. It contains contact informaiton and rooming choice options. Included on this form is space for the office to record all payments, including the deposit.

RETREAT PLANNING MEETING SIGN-UP FORM
The Retreat Planning Meeting is open to any woman who wishes to be involved in retreat planning. Sign-up forms are made for each area of retreat planning where ladies can get involved. The leader responsible for that area estimates how many ladies she will need to help in that particular area.

BIBLE PROMISE LIST
We like to give each woman attending our retreats a personal promise verse. You can read more at “Promise Verses” and “Promise Verse Revisited.” This Bible Promise List gives references for about 50 promise verses, formatted to print on an address label sticker (30 labels per page).
